Home / School Agreement
The school seeks to achieve a disciplined, orderly, working environment for the benefit of pupils.
Positive successes and misdemeanours are logged by staff on the ‘Class Charts’ system which can also be accessed by parents.
We expect pupils to abide by our 10 Non-Negotiables which are outlined in every pupils’ organiser.
Our ‘Behaviour Learning’ consequences map clearly outlines the sequence of actions the school will carry out if there are breaches in pupil behaviour.
The school, including governors, is proud of its involvement with parents in its work and maintains an open door policy, whereby parents are encouraged to seek advice and help with any concerns for their child’s development and welfare.
Parental support and co-operation are essential to the success of our pupils. For this reason we welcome the involvement of parents in all aspects of school life.
Frequent contact is maintained through our weekly Headteacher’s newsletter, regular Parent Consultation Evenings, individual pupil reports, pupil personal organiser, telephone and individual meetings with parents at school.
Some parents also support us in the classroom with reading, or help us on educational visits.

The curriculum develops pupils’ love of learning across a range of subjects.
